Your Local Representatives

Stephen Hammond was elected in the 2005 General Election after a strong campaign focusing on local issues.  Campaigns specific to our community, such as the 'state of our streets', reflected key concerns of Wimbledon residents.  These campaigns show our aspiration to work with all local residents to improve our community.

This focus is key to the work of the local party, listening to residents opinions, consulting residents about the improvements we want to see as well as the areas where we need to focus on improving.  This work is carried out with the support of the excellent Conservative Councillors who were elected in 2006.

If you have a question, an opinion you want to share, or an issue you want us to look into, please do get in touch with us.  Either use the 'Contact Us' section or email your ward representatives through the 'Councillors' tab on the left hand column.  If you are not sure which ward you are in, don't worry, any email will be forwarded on to your local team.  Alternatively, you can look up your street through Merton Council's Post Code database.

In addition to Stephen and our local ward representatives, Wimbledon also has a representative in the London Assembly, Richard Tracey AM, and three representatives in the European Parliament, Syed Kamall MEP, Dr Charles Tannock MEP and Marina Yannakoudakis MEP.
